Biography

A career shaped by chamber music, solo repertoire, and contemporary collaborations

Lithuanian-born pianist Veronika Kopjova enjoys an active musical life as both a soloist and chamber musician, regularly performing repertoire from Baroque to contemporary music, including numerous premieres throughout Europe, South Korea, China, and Chile.

She has appeared at venues such as the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Musikverein Vienna, Konzerthaus Vienna, Bratislava Philharmonic, Graz Musikverein, NDR Hannover, Auditorio Ciudad de Leon, the National House of Vinohrady Prague, and the Lithuanian National Philharmonic halls. As a soloist, she has performed concertos with the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Christopher Chamber Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra Castilla y Leon, and the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, among others.

Ein besonderes Lob gebührt der Pianistin Veronika Kopjova, die im Laufe der beiden Festivaltage ein unglaubliches Pensum zu bew#ltigen hatte. Dabei war sie eine perfekte Kammermusikpartnerin fur Streicher und Blaser, immer aufmerksam, zuruckhaltend wenn es angebracht war, solistisch, wenn die Musik es zuliess, dazu auch eine sensible Mozart-Interpretin im Finalstuck des Festivals.
